1. Geltungsbereich und Vertragsabschluss
These Terms of Service (TOS) apply to all consultations, digital dietary plans, and online services provided via nutriplan.ch. NutriPlan, operated from Lausanne, Switzerland, offers specialized nutritionology advice based on evidence-based protocols.
A binding contract is established the moment you confirm a booking via our digital portal or sign a personalized service agreement. Users must be at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental consent to utilize our high-performance metabolic optimization plans.
Swiss Compliance Note
Our services are governed by the Swiss Code of Obligations. We prioritize the privacy of medical-adjacent dietary data according to Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) standards.

Educational Nature
NutriPlan provides evidence-based dietary recommendations. Our consultations are educational and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. We strongly advise consulting a medical doctor before starting any intense metabolic shifts.
Data Accuracy
The effectiveness of your Performance Plan relies entirely on the accuracy of the data provided in the Digitaler Fragebogen. NutriPlan is not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions or inaccurate lifestyle reports.
3. Commercial Terms & Cancellation
Zahlungsbedingungen
Fees for Erstberatung & Analyse or Performance Plans are payable in full upon booking. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT where applicable.
Absage-Regelung
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify within this window will result in a 100% cancellation fee, as the slot is reserved exclusively for your clinical analysis.
Abo-Modelle
Subscription-based plans (Abo-Modell) require a minimum 3-month commitment for metabolic tracking. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
